Shipping, returns & privacy

These apply to orders placed here on sugrbee.com. Orders placed on Etsy are handled through Etsy.

Shipping

• Free shipping to US addresses on every order.
• Every SugrBee ships from Pickerington, Ohio, fully assembled with a USB cable and setup instructions.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The buyer pays return shipping. Please include the USB cable. If an item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return.

To start a return, reply to your Stripe receipt email with your name and order details, and we'll send return instructions. For Etsy orders, start the return from your Etsy purchases page.

Something not working? Message us first. Most setup issues are quick to fix, and the manual, the LibreLinkUp guide and our Facebook group are good places to start.

Privacy

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• We use your name, email and shipping address only to ship your order and contact you about it. We don't sell your information.
• Your glucose data never passes through this website. Your SugrBee connects directly to Dexcom, LibreLinkUp or your own Nightscout site.

Important safety information

SugrBee is not a medical device and has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. It is a supplemental display only and does not replace your official CGM receiver, app or alerts. Do not use SugrBee for insulin dosing or treatment decisions.
